Big Wind River is offering a new float trip never before available!

A scenic float trip on the Upper Big Winder River on the western end of the Wind River Indian Reservation. This incredible new float trip offering will launch from the confluence of the Big Wind River and the East Fork of the Wind River.

As you float down the Wind River, the towering peaks of the Wind River Range are to your south and west. As you look to your north and east, you will take in the amazing scenery of the high plains desert with its windswept plains and hillsides which appear to be straight from an artists’ color palette.

All of this offered on a float trip along with an opportunity to learn about the history of the Wind River Indian Reservation and its inhabitants, the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Indian Tribes.
